User Management

Administrators create users based on the persona in the system, e.g., Student, Teacher, Principal, Employee, Parent, or others. Users are created based on information to control the user’s data access and management rights.

Roles & Privileges Management

Administrators assign and manage the users’ action privileges based on their roles in the educational system. Roles are allowed to discover data, and when they do, they are provided with create/read/edit/delete privileges.

System Administration

Administrators manage the listings of Education Stages, Education Grades, Education Stage Grades, Education Stage Classifications, Education Grade Classifications, School Classifications, Education Progression Paths, Fields of Study, Field Specializations, Fields of Study and Specializations Progression Paths, Certificate Levels, Diplomas, and Audit Trail.

Application Administration

Administrators manage the listings of the Academic Calendar, Events, Schedules, Schedule Slot Times, Master Class Schedule, School Days, Performance Rating Levels, Exams, Universities and Colleges, Position Assignments, Job Titles, Employee Teaching Hours, Employee Classifications, Job Grade Salaries, Jobs Hierarchy, Employee Engagement Type Position Categories, and Entities.

Parameters

Administrators set parameters such as Academic Years, Place Types, Places, Regions, Building Floors, Construction Materials, and Vaccines.

List Management

Administrators set up hundreds of lookup lists in the system’s Lookup Tables.

Course Catalog

Manage the course catalogue and categorize courses as core, optional, and electives along with their relevant prerequisites.

Subjects

Manage subjects under which the courses are grouped.

School Master

Master Calendar

Several calendars are available including those related to preset schedules, e.g., Morning, Afternoon, Morning and Afternoon, Evening, Afternoon and Evening, as well as Morning, Afternoon, and Evening; Education Stages, e.g., Preschool, Primary, Basic, Middle, Preparatory, Secondary, and Vocational stages; events; classes; breaks; and others.

Academic Calendar

The academic calendar is a template set for the entire system including the academic year’s global events and important dates in the current academic year, such as Academic Year Start and End Dates, Term Start and End Dates, and more.

School Calendar

The school calendar inherits the academic calendar and lets school principals add, edit, and access all types of events at the school.

School Section Calendar

The school section calendar inherits the school calendar and lets school principals and teachers add, edit, and access all types of events for the education grade section at the school.

Teacher Calendar

The teacher calendar shows the schedules of all school sections to which the teacher is assigned, and the teacher can add, edit, and access events related to courses, homework assignments, meetings, and more.

Student Calendar

The student calendar shows the schedule of the school section in which the student is enrolled and all school events with the academic calendar.

Event Scheduling

Users can schedule and manage regular and recurring events.

Student Master

Record, manage, and access all information about students, including Student Name, Identification Numbers, Demographic Information, and various Addresses.

Student Attendance

School principals and teachers capture and track student attendance records, and they can generate attendance reports for students in their various grade education sections at the school.
